Why I'm Doing 12 Days of DIY #MadeUpFestive

Welcome to #MadeUpFestive my #12daysof DIY challenge!

Starting tomorrow I will be posting a new DIY tutorial on here everyday for the first twelve days of December! I can’t wait to show you guys what I have made over the past few weeks, all of which have got me mega excited for Christmas already! There’s plenty of festive decoration ideas as well as some handmade gifts and fashion hacks in there too! Follow me on Twitter and Instagram to see what I have been making each day.

Although I wanted this to be a personal challenge for myself, I also wanted to use it to raise awareness for an important cause this winter. Over the next twelve days I will be fundraising for Shelter, an amazing charity which supports people who are homeless or living in poor conditions to find better accommodation throughout the UK. I wanted to help in a small way as although Christmas is such a wonderful time for some, it can be one of the toughest for those living on the streets or with out a secure, comfortable home.
